Falcon Creek Middle School Reviews

My daughter was new to public schools at Falcon Creek in 6th grade. Not only did she have a fantastic year, but she made honor roll, she loved her teachers and I continue to feel comfortable and impressed not only with the education she has received, but also with the teachers and their willingness to be available to the children. She started 7th grade this year and, again, she really likes her classes, loves her teachers and is excited to go to school every day. We are huge Falcon Creek fans. Thank you, Mr. Kennedy, for hiring top-notch individuals. Thank you, Falcon Creek Staff, (inclusive of Security) for showing interest and care to our kids!

Most of the staff are wonderful, helpful individuals. But, as with any place, there are some bad apples.Make sure that you don't have to see the Deans, VPs and Principle for anything other then a good reason (maybe questionable even then). They (CYA)stick togather. Bad experience with my 2 children while there. Will be heading for Liberty with my 3rd. A word of caution is advised, when dealing with higher staff.

When I went to Falcon Creek Middle School I felt as if middle school was my home. when you walk through those doors all you can feel is warmth and love. And you can tell that the kids are getting the education they need to get into a great college. Falcon Creek also has GREAT athletics for kids to get involved in. When I went to Falcon Creek I had a locker that worked to my every needs. The combination might have been hard the first couple of days but by the end of the week i was twisting the combination face like ... THAT!! Not only was I able to see my best friends that I've known since kindergarten and friends that I made that year, but we had 5 whole minutes to stop talk to friends for a minute and then get to our class on time.

We have been very happy with the teachers and programs at this school.

I went here 2004 - 2007 and this is a high expectant school. This makes its students more aware of what is to come in highschool so that they can be well prepared for the hardships to come. Overall, this school has a very sequential purpose for its students. AMAZING!!

I'm an 8th grade at Falcon Creek and there is no better school in Colorado then this one. The teachers actually want you to help you get to high school

I may not be a parent; although I do have a lot to say about Falcon Creek. I am an 8th grade student that will soon be continuing onto Grandview. As this is my first year at Falcon, I can easily compare it to other middle schools. My thought about the school is that I love it. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. Not only do they run their classes very well but they create a bond with the students. My favorite teacher would be Mr. Tusa because he really influenced me and opened the world of science up to me also. The children were very accepting to me this year and helped me easily adapt to the new school and new environment. The school knows how to work with children and even more how to help them achieve a future. Grandview here we come; loud and proud.

I have been extremely happy with the curriculum of the AIM program at FCMS. The fact that GT kids get to be with kids that are at the same level has been great. The staff is wonderful.

Overall this is an excellent school. I feel that my child received an excellent education. The choices they have for electives is also very good. You do need to stay on top of what is said in the classroom though. If you are a Christian, be careful of what is said in Science class. We also had to have a discussion with a Social Studies teacher for something said that was inappropriate. Teachers are there to teach the facts, not their liberal opinions. I would send another child there though.

Excellent school. My third child went to this school and I must say I am impressed. The Cherry Creek School District is amazing, especially this school. I do no recomend the 'AIM' program, but the regular and honors classes are perfect. My child comes home with a sufficent amount of homework and will be very prepared for high school. The teachers go out of their way to make sure things get done. What I love most about this school is the band teacher. He is most awesome in teaching. Not only does he perfect concerts and performances, he teaches students and gets them intrested in music. Very good music/drama program. My child loved this school. Grandview is going to be extremely happy; some genius students are own their way because of Falcon Creek.
