Please note, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and any Professional Services Agreement or similar agreement you may have entered into with us ("Services Agreement"), the terms of the Services Agreement shall prevail. This policy does not amend, supersede, or nullify any terms or conditions of any such Services Agreement. The specific terms of the Services Agreement you have entered into with Spark Email LLC regarding the services to be provided, payment terms, refund, cancellation, and fulfillment policies shall take precedence over this policy, to the extent of any conflict.

At Aurora, we are committed to providing exceptional service from the moment our partnership begins. Following the signing of our Professional Services Agreement, our dedicated team will commence the outreach program services, including domain acquisition, email account creation and management, campaign creation, and more, as detailed in our agreement. Our goal is to ensure your experience is seamless and your business objectives are met with precision and excellence.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs can change. If you need to cancel your services with us, we kindly request a 30-day written notice to facilitate a smooth transition. This notice period helps us to efficiently wind down activities and ensures that we can conclude our services in a manner that respects the interests of both parties.

Refund Policy

Given the nature of our professional services and the upfront effort involved in setting up and managing the outreach program, our policy is as follows:

Should you decide to cancel our services, we require a 30-day notice as mentioned above. Please note that refunds for the kickoff fee, monthly service fee, or turnover fee are not provided. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns during your notice period.
